The PIXIELUV.COM Services are free for everyone who need them for any professional or personal kind of site but you must follow some rules to respect the credit of our designers and the people who spend his time providing all the content, that way it will still be free! So by visiting and/or using any of our graphics and services provided you state that you will follow the terms and conditions:

1. The graphics and the work posted on PIXIELUV.COM is provided for designers dedicated to express themselves by this way, they are not charging any fee for the content the only consideration they are asking it´s the credit on the creations, so you should always link back if you use something and not take the credit or logo of the graphics because that is a Copyright Infringement that can be punishable by law.

2. You may not use any CSS, HTML or JAVASCRIPT (not free provided) without the consent of any of the designers. You should always ask for it via email or myspace, and always link back.

3. You can alter the code of the layouts and some of graphics but you CAN´T take the credit/ link from them.

4. You should not use the content in a manner unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, obscene, vulgar, hateful, ethnically, racially or in any way that can represent a threat to someone.

5. We are trying to make this a very friendly site and the only intention of it, it´s to provide good graphics and resources for those who need them.

6. We also accept donations or if you are interested on more detailed design (personalized) you can always contact us.

7. If you want to provide a design (made by yourself or with the permissions of the author) write us and we will post it on the site as soon as possible with a "thank you" to your name or nickname you choose.

8. The terms & Conditions are always subject to change without any notification so always check the updates.

9. If you are a designer or do you think I´m using some of your work and didn´t link you back write us a message letting us know and we will put the credit to your work as soon as possible thank you.

10. You can also be one of our affiliates to keep the traffic going if you want to be one, you need to do the next steps:
